Hi, and welcome. I’m Audra, and I’m so grateful you’re here!
My name is Audra Franta, and I’m the founder of Awaken Energy Center. Over the years, I’ve studied many schools of thought — energy alignment, chakras, metaphysics, and spiritual practices of all kinds.
They all hold pieces of truth. But what I’ve discovered is that while many teachings can inspire us, only one Source can truly satisfy the soul.
In John 4:13, Jesus says: ‘Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.’
That verse has become the center of my life and my work. Because I believe that all energy, all love, all healing flows from God — from the living Christ within us. Other practices may refresh us for a time, but only His presence is the spring that never runs dry.
In my retreats, meditations, and sessions, I weave together prayer, Scripture, and energy alignment practices to help people open to that flow — to experience the living water of Christ in their own hearts.
My work is about helping others feel safe in God’s love, restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit, and awaken to the truth that they are deeply held, guided, and loved.
All of these sacred connections affirm one profound truth: we are all divinely connected. There is no “us, they, or them.” We are all one and we come from one Source. This is my mission—to help bring you back home to your center, the core of truth, gently dismantling the structures and beliefs rooted in separation and fear so you can remember the love and unity that has always been within you.
